We retain your contact and session information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and respond to your inquiries. Booking and session details are generally kept for up to 24 months to support follow-up care and program continuity, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier removal (see Your Rights, below) or applicable law requires longer retention.

3.2 Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our booking form, we use EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service, to transmit your submitted details (name, email, phone, and session preferences) to us. This means your information may be processed on servers located outside Malaysia. EmailJS acts solely as a message-delivery processor and does not use your data for its own purposes. Apart from Google Analytics (described in Section 4), we do not use any other third-party service to process your personal or session data.

As part of our commitment to GDPR compliance, we ask for your consent before storing any analytics cookies on your device. Cookies are small files stored on your device; ours help us understand how you interact with this site. You can manage your preferences at any time via your browser settings or the button below.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use this website so we can improve it. Here is how it works:

• What it measures: pages visited, time on site, how you arrived (for example, from a search engine), device and browser type, and approximate location (country or city). It does not collect your name, email address or phone number, and we do not link it to your booking details.
• Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, which can last up to 2 years. They are stored only after you accept cookies in the banner.
• Before you choose: Until you accept, no analytics cookies are stored on your device. Google Analytics may still receive a small amount of technical information that does not rely on cookies, such as the page you visited and the details your browser sends with any request (including your IP address).
• Retention: Event-level analytics data is automatically deleted by Google Analytics after a limited period (no more than 14 months).
