Healy is a medical device for the treatment of chronic pain, fibromyalgia, skeletal pain, and migraine, as well as for the supportive treatment of mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, and related sleep disorders. All other applications of Healy are not recognized by conventional medicine due to lack of evidence in the sense of conventional medicine. By accessing this website and booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services.
2. Description of Services
We provide bioenergetic frequency analysis, aura interpretations, and personal vibrational coaching. These sessions are conducted remotely or in-person as specified during the booking process.
2.1 Independent Member Status
Frequency Energy Wellness is an Independent Healy World Member. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of Healy World GmbH. All session advice and interpretations are the result of independent practice and are not official statements of Healy World GmbH.
3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- • Appointments: All sessions must be booked in advance via the provided contact methods.
- • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
- • Refunds: Services provided are non-refundable once the analysis or consultation has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and custom graphics on this website are the property of Frequency Energy Wellness. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Frequency Energy Wellness be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or the results of a coaching session.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will stay adequately hydrated to support microcurrent conductivity.
- You have consulted a doctor if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant, or suffer from epilepsy.
- You understand that frequency sessions are complementary to, not a replacement for, clinical care.
